Claude the Doctor messed up the normal cash flow to the gangstas. The government can always pay the bands their prize monies directly on Panorama night like Patrick Arnold did - And let Pan Trinbago go collect that ten percent from the bands. Good luck with that.
The ten percent rule is an agreement between the bands and Rolly Polly, NOT between the government and the gangstas.
Also, remember it has been said publicly by the gangstas that the players pay is only $500 this year.
Claude I think you are under estimating just how serious the strain is between the players and band management is on the ground this year. Players are watching their band management cross-eyed. Another year of late payment is actually what is needed.

Claude I saw Amrit Samaroo in an interview say that his band Supernovas only now shaking off the effects of the Rolly Polly and the gangstas pan players money hyjack. His players were real vex. I saw the manager of La Brea Nightingales talk about bad effect the hyjack had on their players. And I think you saw the Hollis Clifton video where Skiffle captains talk about the bad effect the Rolly Polly hyjack had on its players. The Tobago region Rolly Polly rep completely lost she band. Dem players say hell no - we not playing. The Northern region Rolly Polly rep look like he might get an Invaders beatdown if comes anywhere near his band.
