It's full speed ahead as this country prepares for Carnival 2022. In response to the concerns expressed by the Trinidad and Tobago Promoters Association, NCC Chairman Winston 'Gypsy' Peters said his organisation is responsible for Carnival and its activities in this country, and will move forward in the best interest of all stakeholders. He said persons can look forward to all aspects of Carnival, including Dimanche Gras and Steel Pan, with all facets being demonstrated within the confines of the Public Health Protocols.
