NCC and GYPSY and BEVERLEY begging like little HUNGRY DOGS to get into THE TOBAGO CARNIVAL and bring their HIGH PRICED CONSULTANT SKILLS to suck the blood from TOBAGO CARNIVAL. But tides change and they are yet to understand that.
