NCC must take over Panorama 2017 Entirely

The NCC must not pass a single cent into the hands of the current Pan Trinbago executives. Equally as important is the running of the Panorama event. Everything from the Roti and Bottle-water distributers to the ticket collectors must come under NCC control.

    NCC Chairman DeSilva,where are the letters of appointment for Commissioners of the NCC......Is former VP of PanTrinbago Bryon Serrette being installed as the Commission Committee Head to oversee.... The Pan aspect of the Carnival?.....will another Executive officer jump off this ship of fools...taking pan players for fools......

    Not one note.....not a single note will sound for this Carnival season...lest all players are paid outstanding 2016 remittances AND the entirePan Trinbago Central Executive resign with immediate effect...I tell you mark my words well....I am yet to be proven wrong.........the swamp will soon be drained......stay tuned.
