We weren’t satisfied with the accountability that was given so we are putting more stringent systems in place,” he [Gypsy] said.

"It's been a long time coming. But at this defining moment, change could be coming to PAN TRINBAGO."

Different school, same karki pants.
Praise the lord! I have been advocating this for years, and I put the responsibility squarely on the shoulders of Government, past and present, to account for use of the taxpayers money. Pan Trinbago has a secondary responsibility for this, but it's the Government who has been at fault all along in not demanding and implementing proper systems of accountability. Let's see if this latest agreement is worth the paper it's written on.
