Philadelphia Pan Stars has announced that Yohan Popwell will be their 2017 New York Panorama arranger. The information was confirmed by Philadelphia Pan Stars president Rondell Pompey.

Good choice by Philly. Yohan Popwell is a veteran arranger with Curepe Chezando and a former champion arranger with Sonatas. Well it looks like Brooklyn 2017 Panorama is heading to be one of the best .
