For the first time in over forty years, almost since its inception, Basement Recordings/When Steel Talks, will not have captured the music of New York's finest steel orchestras for the purpose of historical documentation and musical performance accuracy,

There will be no New York Carnival for When Steel Talks due to a severe case of things beyond our control.
