  • Well the PAN TRINBAGO election race has been narrowed down CONSIDERABLY. We have been reduced to TWO TEAMS. And, ironically, they are both FILLED and LED by INCUMBENTS (the better word is RECYCLED LEADERS).

On one side we have FORTEAU and SHEPPARD and SERRETTE!!! And on the other side we have KEITH DIAZ and a fluctuating cast of recognizable names. All other contenders have been ELIMINATED from the race. Don't mention BEVERLEY RAMSEY-MOORE and don't mention THE CIP -- something about a snowball's chance!!!

  • In 2013 in Silver Stars panyard..at a proper meeting..Ramesh Lawrence Maharaj SC...stated clearly and succinctly that the MEMBERSHIP of an organization is supreme. The OFFICERS Serve at the pleasure of the membership.

Misguided logic from any detractors will not be tolerated. The voice and wisdom of the membership must be obeyed. The constitution provides for removal of central executive before October. The membership takes precedence over all and if an early election is their wish, then so be it. Respect that..

When dog start suck egg, it cyah stop..Mark my words well.....pick sense outta nonsense....de former secretary & company are beating a dead horse but like Neville John⁩ opines... Long rope for maga goat....like yuhself....!
    • Most legal theorists believe a High Court was created specifically to protect the Constitution, to ensure that it functioned correctly and effectively. It explains what the Constitution means and decides what impact this meaning should have on the law.

Since the constitution is our fundamental law, it is important to know and understand its exact meanings and intentions. This is the role of the High Court. The High Court must examine and interpret the words of the document and ascertain its core values, principles and meanings. Many High Court challenges have revolved around exactly what the drafters of the Constitution intended when they constructed certain sections, clauses or phrases. It is up to the Justices of the High Court to decide this.

The role of the High Court is to provide an explanation and a definitive ruling about how we should understand specific parts of the Constitution.

NOT THE MEMBERS OF PAN TRINBAGO who just love to run around repeating the word CONSTITUTION!!!

MR. FORTEAU is headed STRAIGHT to the HIGH COURT for JUDICIAL REVIEW!!!

D'Gypsy "Pan Hater" is now the head of the NCC and say he loves Rolly Polly

Rolly Polly says he loves D'Gypsy

Bands have not been paid and will not be paid by D'Dolly in 2018 out of love she has for the players..

    bugs

    • Mr. bugs, this is the year for love.....lol

      D. shepherd on tenor

      Photo on scratcher....

and every body else on iron...

because in pan trinbago you don't have to even be able to play the instrument, just have a sound knowledge on how to thief pan man money ....  lol

  • Who has the upper hand here, where the money coming from to pay lawyer FEES???

Who  Ramish going to represent PT, the Players or Diaz???

Looking forward to a Photo finish for 2019 Panorama.

    • Good question! Is Forteau and the other members of the executive paying Ramesh out of their pocket or with PanTrinbago's funds? How can they find funds to retain an attorney but not to pay pan players??

About Ramesh, he is an attorney, just capitalizing on the sad state of affairs regarding the National Instrument.

I remember him representing New Visionaries against Diaz and Pan Trinbago. He also represented Diaz against the NCC. Good hustling!

Further, at a meeting at Silver Stars's panyard in 2013 (if my memory serves me correct), Ramesh stated clearly and succinctly that the MEMBERSHIP of an organization is supreme. The OFFICERS Serve at the pleasure of the membership.

      DUH!!

    • odw: Once you get in charge of PAN TRINBAGO there are SO MANY MILLIONS to STEAL that Forteau and Sheppard could afford to mortgage their houses, get personal loans, sell assets just to generate funds (retainers) to HIRE LAWYERS. Remember the judge and Dolly and Gypsy all agreed that PAN TRINBAGO has 100 percent jurisdiction over its affairs.

Why do you think this crowded field of candidates are all cutting each other's throats to get that PRESIDENCY?

This is a great time for the PNM to step in and dissolve that CORPORATION, but as I have stated 100 times before: This is a Political Arm of the Party and they cannot afford to cut off their own HAND.

So the organization is once again in LEGAL LIMBO failing the NATIONAL INSTRUMENT, while in AMERICA steelband music and the administration of the spread of the music is turning THIS COUNTRY into the REAL MECCA OF PAN.

      SAD!!!

  • Byron Serrette (College Boy) tell them this was coming!!!

And I tell AQUIL ARRINDELL this was coming!!!

YEARS OF LITIGATION ON THE HORIZON!!!

That is the end of GERARD MENDEZ and BEVERLEY RAMSEY-MOORE and MARIE TOBY!!! Once again BEVERLEY going back to Tobago to PLANT PEAS!!!
