NOTICE: USSA HAITI RELIEF

United States Steelband Association Inc. is in the process of setting up relief efforts to aid the people of Haiti, from the devestating earthquake. We will be working in conjuction with City Councilmember Mathew Eugene to make sure that the clothes and non perishable items that we do receive is delivered to its designated destination. As soon as everything is finalized you will be informed where you can drop these items off. People in the pan communitte please come out and make your donation. There have been great resopnces, we are waiting conformation from city offical for the collection of goods, they have said that what's most needed right now is cash, so I would encorage you to make donation, but research the agencies you choose very carefully. I support this idea from USSA. I also agree that a Steelband Concert for Haiti should be held but after we return from carnival because most Trinis will be away for carnival.
