Put her into an existing bureaucracy with LIMITED OVERSIGHT and she is considered EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE. But put her into a MANAGERIAL POSITION where she has to make EXECUTIVE DECISIONS and her KNEES BUCKLE.
She gave me PLENTY TALK going into the elections -- but we have not heard ONE WORD from her since she ASSUMED OFFICE. I know that she is TALENTED -- but only when she is FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS.

75% of the PAN SUPPORTERS came to TRINIDAD on a BOAT and they do not really UNDERSTAND THE STEELBAND CULTURE IN TRINIDAD.
But as I said ONE HUNDRED TIMES BEFORE (many times before the election when DENISE disagreed with me) that OLD HARDBACK PAN MEN are not going to LET NO WOMAN COME FROM TOBAGO AND RULE THEM.
Any REAL TRINIDADIAN who grew up in the FIFTIES and SIXTIES knows that -- and the MENTALITY STILL STANDS TALL.
So BEVERLEY and DENISE were ILL-EQUIPPED for that reality since they allowed POLITICAL POWER to go to their head -- and did not know how to play THE LUCKY HAND THEY WERE DEALT!!!
