OCTOBER IS ELECTION MONTH.......

The steelbands have progressed, but it has OUTGROWN the administration...if you look in terms of numbers, you have over 200 plus registered bands that may add up to over 10,000 plus musicians. Administratively that can be challenging to any organization.

The organization may have to reclassify it role and responsibilities. Like any business operation in order to function efficiently and effectively you have to separate the functions, Accounting, Promotions, Vending and Contracting. These systems and process can be easily maintained by computerizing your business operations.

Panorama for one thing can benefit from computerization, if you have a database with the names of all the players registered and their bands, that player will not be able to jump from one band to the next for the purpose of making extra money. All bands registered will have to account for their players, any violation of the rule will involve penalties to the bands. Under promotions, you can stage events utilizing the technology to achieve maximum benefits in the Global village. You don't have to outsource these functions.

You made a comment recently that was probably RIGTH ON THE BUTTON. It looks like Diaz have one finger in the air trying to figure out what direction the audit might be coming from, if one is indeed coming. Hence the awful quiet.
