But TRINIDADIANS always believe they could start ON TOP. The bottom TOO LOW for them because it eh have no INSTANT RECOGNITION and INSTANT GRATIFICATION in the bottom.

Claude I got you, let me clarify where I’m coming from. I’ve worked in many companies doing the same kind of work; one was a highly promoted start-up, investors thought they had this killer-application that consumers will adapt to quickly, the FCC was offering broadcast license for the regulated bandwidths that will use the technology. The technology was based on satellite GPS via telephone cell sites with the major TV markets across the country. The start-up failed, the technology is now being used on vending machines.
The technology worked this way, while you sit in your home viewing a TV show, football, basketball game etc., with a set-top box on your TV you’ll be able via a remote (ping) your order for a pizza or some product by an advertiser within the commercial break. Due to the advancement of the cell phone technology the company had to change their course of direction. I moved on to other employment opportunities.
My proposal CHANGE from the bottom-up is based on what I see they are doing with the education system at an elementary level, I live in a a planned community, I’m actively involved with my kids in their school system, talking with the administrators, their teachers and mentoring them in understanding their role and responsibilities as they continue to LEARN and GROW.
One of the things that stood out for me was the response the teacher gave me when I asked why they are teaching kids stuff often found in management training classes, like decision making skills, analytical thinking, decision analysis, collaborating with others, leadership. Her response was, based on the millions spent on research from college professors and business leaders, the county decided to change their approach to include these learning systems to prepare the students early for the changing world of work and advance education. The CHANGE is starting from the bottom-up.

PAN TRINBAGO now has to start doing its own research, but I don't think that they are even aware of that. And I don't see that coming with THIS NEW ADMINISTRATION.
Meanwhile, they should identify small DELIVERABLE PROJECTS that could bring FINANCIAL RETURNS while building networks in the process. And that is my ADVICE to MISS BEVERLEY and MISTER MARCUS!!!
We both agree that you cannot start FROM THE TOP and that THE TIDES are CONSTANTLY CHANGING especially with the FAST PACE OF TECHNOLOGY!!!
