How long have AFRO-TRINI PAN PEOPLE been in charge of PAN TRINBAGO where STEALING MILLIONS was their HIGHEST PRIORITY. And how many HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS passed through their hands (over decades) only to end up with SIXTY MILLION STOLEN DOLLARS.
