Work continues at the Queen's Park Savannah in preparation for Carnival 2020, and TTT News got a glimpse of the much-anticipated Big Stage, and what appears to be the new Pan City. National Carnival Commission Chairman, Winston 'Gypsy' Peters, welcomed members of the media to take a sneak peek of the construction on Thursday, and later revealed that the Central Stand for Pan City is being built at a cost of $2.8 million.
