PanTrinbago's executive met to discuss Panorama 2017 and other issues.
Among those present were Pan Trinbago secretary Richard Forteau and PRO Michael Joseph. They were joined by former vice-president Byron Serrette, All Stars ace pannist Dane Gulston and Power Stars' chairman, Gregory Lindsay.

I realize that my passion for the change that I seek, will not be forthcoming now or anytime soon....with UPPM, Dane Gulston, NCC Chairman De Silva, Culture Minister Dolly, or executives of Pan Trinbago, even from the PM Dr. Rowley.....for that matter.........Fair enough!
On behalf of Power Stars Steel Orchestra, the membership and executive have unanimously decided that, we collectively decided that our orchestra WILL NOT be participating at the National Panorama Competition 2017, and further to that, that our orchestra SHALL and WILL RETURN to the NCC Accountant Nigel Williams via proper protocols and in the most public forums, the cheque issued in the orchestra's name, for ASSISTANCE FOR CARNIVAL from the NCC, as he advised via telephone call to me in December 2016; in a final protest to the tomfoolery that passes for governance in Pan Affairs at Pan Trinbago....in light of all expressed in the public domain....

Mr Cecil Hinkson the pan movement of T&T is in a whole rut and disarray because of the mishandling of government funds and gate receipts for years by PanTrinbago. There are thousand of pan people in the mecca and all over the world and there are many who knew that PanTrinbago have been mismanaging things for years even some members here on WST and won't speak up . I comment ace panist Dane Gulson and Power Stars manager Gregory Linsay for standing up and taking the lead to fight Pan Trinbago and forming UPPM. I know for a fact that there will be a lot of unhappy heads including some here who will not be receiving their ten and fifteen complimentary tickets to the different panorama events from their buddies in power this year.We the pan people of the world are just as much to be blame for the demise and down faults in pan in T&T for taking so long to make a stand. WST was formed to inform the whole pan world.
Arthur: You cannot imagine how unhappy and depressed I am. I am accustomed to getting my ten to fifteen complimentary tickets to the different panorama events from my buddies in power every year. And now DOCTOR DOLLY gone and clamp down on my free tickets. Ah never see thing so.
Arthur: All Dane and Gregory was doing is mamaguying deyself grabbing 15 minutes of media fame. Look at Dane face in the end! You could see that the man was emotionally beaten and psychologically destroyed. If you want to take down KEITH DIAZ yuh have to bring better men than Dane and Gregory to fight that battle.
And the next time MY PRESIDENT is sick in the hospital doh send ah politically weak man like Gregory Lindsay to try to tie up his head because allyuh see him taking ah lil medicine. And then the POWER HUNGRY Gregory run down the road telling everybody that KEITH DIAZ agree to resign and how he in charge now.
When the drugs wear off next morning DIAZ call me and say Claude boy ah make ah mistake under the drugs and tell Gregory that ah going and resign. What to do. Ah say no problem, Mr. President.
Just let them come in the meeting all ready to take over and we will give them the THE SHOCK OF THEIR LIVES.
Arthur, you should have seen Dane and Gregory face when we turn the tables on them and BUS THE MARK ON DEM in dat MEETING!!! Ah turn on the TV this morning and I eh see either of them grandcharging and gallerying any more. Doh send no amateur politicians to try to take over my $100 million a year empire -- ever again!!!
