Pan prelims fail to pull crowd in South

There was a poor turnout of spectators, as ten bands took part in Pan Trinbago’s South/Central Region National Single Pan Preliminaries at Skinner Park, San Fernando, on Saturday night.
Despite ­bleachers being erected to accom­modate patrons and pan lovers, the first stage of the competition failed to attract a crowd.
Tiger Tanks Fyzabad Fourth Dimension kicked things off with its selection, “Get Something and Wave”, followed by Edinburgh 500 Steel Ensemble’s “My Pussin” and Shades In Steel with “No No, We Eh Going Home”.
