As it stands today, T&T will have to acquire about 1,800,000 vaccines and get them into the arms of 80% of the population by the end of October (2021) to gain herd immunity and allow for the PAN TRINBAGO AGM to take place in its conventional fashion. HARDLY LIKELY!!!
Of course, if the PRESIDENT OF PAN TRINBAGO was really interested in upholding THE CONSTITUTION and holding the election -- as Sparrow told MELDA -- there are many other ways and means.
But I think that with the GREED and DESPERATION and NEEDINESS of THIS PRESIDENT she will hide behind the CURTAIN OF COVID and HOLD ON TO PRESIDENTIAL POWER on a $40,000 a month reverse month-to-month lease.
