I think that means that BEVERLEY RAMSEY-MOORE spends the WHOLE YEAR planning PANORAMA UPON PANORAMA without any concern for any OTHER DEVELOPMENTS in the WORLD OF PAN.
And now that the XMAS-PANORAMA flopped -- she plans to move the SINGLE PAN PANORAMA to AUGUST of 2020. So she is going to spend the ENTIRE YEAR (2020) managing PANORAMA -- ONE SINGLE ANNUAL EVENT and NOTHING MORE!!!
But ah hoping that she make a nice VIDEO of the MEDIUM BAND PANORAMA in TOBAGO. Because with all DEM talented arrangers on THAT STAGE -- the PAN WORLD deserves a QUALITY VIDEO PRODUCT.
Ah already tell allyuh that she has AN UNLIMITED BUDGET for THAT SHOW -- but does she have the EXECUTIVE TALENT to deliver ... I don't think so, but I HOPE SO!!!

In the final analysis, I have to say: DEM PLAYERS HAPPY!!!
The money spent to take the Medium bands to Tobago, find storage for the pans; accommodation for the hundreds of players as well as food, on a tiny Island in hotels which would probably be booked up with tourists and or Christian worshipers who abstain from Carnival. Did they do a proper consultation or was it a singularly president decision. Who in their right minds would vote for this silly use of resources? This is not taking the big 5 to Tobago, it’s 25 Medium bands of 70 players each that’s 1,750 players plus arrangers or conductors that will have to be accommodated in hotels around Tobago. How about locations for the bands to practice, or would it be taking your pans out of storage and simply head on stage? This whole thing is worse than the use of the Greens by the former executive, saying it was broadening the pan horizon. That money for this farce could have been spent on a good video production team, an updated website and a handout to the unsponsored bands who are struggling. I would also like to see how the Pan Men and Women who play with both Medium and Large bands, make it back to Trinidad Intime for the Large band practice and performance

DIAZ and FORTEAU TEEF SIXTY MILLION from the PAN PLAYERS (allyuh know how much HIGH QUALITY VIDEO that money could have made?) and this NEW ADMINISTRATION stop paying the PAN PLAYERS all together (so who knows where the FIVE MILLION that used to go to PAY PLAYERS going) -- plus they PROMOTE A MAN who robbed a region blind so you know he got to be involved in some NEW SKULL in the CURRENT EXECUTIVE.
Benefits to PAN PLAYERS is the last thing on the mind of THIS PAN TRINBAGO EXECUTIVE.
But all I am saying is that if the THA and THE PRIME MINISTER and the PRESIDENT OF PAN TRINBAGO manage to allocate a NO LIMIT BUDGET as a means of PROMOTING TOBAGO PANORAMA -- some of the money should go to PRODUCING a TOP CLASS VIDEO.
Now I doh mind WHO TAKE DEY SHARE -- but there is ENOUGH BANK to produce a GOOD VIDEO for POSTERITY for the LITTLE EXPLOITED PAN PLAYING CHILDREN.

A quality video product is unlikely. After 50 plus years of Panorama, Pan Trinbago has been posting horrible sounding phone videos in vertical position as a means of marketing their Panorama brand. But even more disturbing is the response by viewers to these poor quality videos. If Pan Trinbago is not going to pay the players, the least they can do is give the children a quality video where they can see and hear themselves properly. The parents of these children need to develop a "soccer mom" attitude.
