Pan Trinbago can’t even pull off a successful sports day. Congratulations to the comPANion sports team.

Congratulations to the organizers of the comPANion sports of hosting yet another successful sports day, all with limited resources. We all know the benefits of having these kinds of social events within any organization. The comPANion sports committee, working without pay, has brought up the comradery among the pan community once again and we the members of the C.I.P salute you for your selfless actions.
On the contrary, our organization Pan Trinbago under this executive whose President allegedly pays himself an under $30,000.00 salary a month; other of executives who allegedly collect a salary and a stipend, with perks, put together is well over $15000,00 and/or others who received a $5,000 stipend for traveling and a $5,000 for the rental of a vehicle each month, all paid with pan people money; can’t even organize a proper sports day. Pan Trinbago, under normal circumstances would have an executive of ten, with about fifteen office staff; four regions with seven executive officers in each region, with about three office staff and allegedly made 45.2 million in seven years but last year’s sports day was called off because of lack of participation, or is it lack of coordination. So why then would our members choose to participate in the comPANion sports and not Pan Trinbago’s? Clearly Pan Trinbago has the human and financial resources to treat all its members to an exciting sports day at the least. It is a mystery probably or probably not.

Together with the real treat of not having Panorama 2017 because the executive mismanaged 2016 panorama finances which resulted in players, judges and workers being paid weeks before panorama 2017; junior panorama 2016; international panorama and appearance fees to all bands who took part in national panorama 2016 are being owed to this date.
Is there a relationship between the growth of salaries, within the last seven years, for executive members, financial adviser, rentals companies etc. and the elimination of these events? These events which was the only avenue to give back some of Pan Trinbagos’ profit to their members. Well if there is no relationship between them and it is only coincidence then let the PAN VAMPIERS keep on sucking and we, the pan-men, women and children, will keep playing our music as they live off of us, pretending we like it so.

Aquil: The President's Financial Advisor has advised him that all the EVENTS you listed above are MONEY BURNERS. So why should the RIGHT HONOURABLE KEITH DIAZ invest in MONEY LOSING PRODUCTIONS?
Are you planning to bring these LOSING SHOWS back when you become PRESIDENT?
I said it over and over i have no interest in being President. Ok mr. claude i give up. When i become the president ................... of the republic of Trinidad and Tobago "lol" I will re-introduce these non profitable events as a social tool for keeping our community active and bands alive all through the year. After all PT suppose to be a non profit organization.
ComPanions are the best run pan organization in T&T. hats off the the organizers.

Cecil: I need a new language in which to speak to AQUIL because the man does not understand my English at all. How many times have I told this man and this FORUM that all KEITH DIAZ really cares about is stuffing his pockets with PAN TRINBAGO MONEY. Why should KEITH DIAZ take his GOOD PAN TRINBAGO MONEY and spend it to transport STEELBANDS to a PARK and buy trophies for them and feed and drink them and set up sports and games for them -- when he could make PRIVATE and PERSONAL USE of all those FUNDS?
Ah wonder how many offices and salaried employees this ComPANions organization have?

Claude, that's what the Steelband is to the older guys, a lil change panorama time, that's all they care about, sad but true, and they resent people from foreign pushing in they mouth in they business.

Aquil, It is in the best interest of the CIP that you reach out to the ComPanion people, you know they got skills, keeping pan people together during the off season is awesome. I was taken to task yesterday on another site by one of your supporters for the suggestion I made here, however I believe they would be an asset to your group.
Executive of 10, with about 15 office staff; 4 regions multiply by 7 executive officers in each region; with about 3 office staff (I assume 3 office staff in each of the 4 regions -- making it 12 office staff)!!!
10 + 15 + 28 + 12 = 65!!!
A staff of 65 to run PAN TRINBAGO across the land? Is everybody getting paid? Is there an office space for each region making it 5 offices in total? Lord have mercy!!! How many millions going in salaries and perks and office rentals and utilities and supplies every year?
And then you get to steal as much as you want without any OVERSIGHT!!! Who would not want THAT JOB. No wonder the LINE SO LONG!
Aquil: Even if you (and Oswald Alexander) go personally to each PAN YARD and try to explain the abuse of funds and power and the exploitation of their labour to the PAN MEN -- they will still vote for KEITH DIAZ in the next election. And even of you manage by some long shot odds to get them to come to vote for you (your affiliated candidates) in the next election -- Keith Diaz will find a way to RIG THE ELECTION. Even if he got to resort to VIOLENCE.

Send me yuh father number: Ah have to have a talk with that man and both of us will find a more meaningful course for you in life because you are just wasting your time and all the money your father spent on your education with this (IN)CIPIDNESS!!!
