Out of respect for those who fell, soldiers whose desire it may have been to propagate a literate fraternity, warriors who were intent on producing lily white flowers out of muddy ponds, it is unfortunate that this topic cannot rest easily on the bed of lies it is laid on. Band leaders east of Macoya Road, and South of The Priority Bus Route (a significantly reduced catchment area), are becoming increasingly furious that they were denied the opportunity as member bands to be considered for inclusion, as their bands are still not in receipt of any correspondence (official or unofficial) to this effect from Pan Trinbago.
Most band leaders seem to be irritably comfortable with the affable personality of the protagonist, and have no problem allowing this disrespect and open act of dishonesty to slide in defense of a rapidly approaching TENTATIVE PANORAMA season, their raison d'etre, and primary source of income. On condition of anonymity, many have expressed fear of victimization for speaking out, recapitulating at the expense of the progressive academic development of their youth, the lifeblood of the fraternity, and the backbone of the majority of steelbands.
I am flattered to be (officially) considered Pan Trinbago's #1 Fan™ (please authorize my badge), and I see no reason why in the name of accountability to your membership, and transparency as a benchmark of your integrity, Pan Trinbago will not be willing to share with its membership via this global forum:
- Why were all member bands not informed in a timely manner to ensure maximum participation?
- The bands from which the 20 successful candidates were sourced.
- A guesstimate of CSEC success rate among active steelband members outside of school steelbands (in an effort to establish trends towards further development of this initiative through mutual cooperation)
- When was the invitation extended to Pan Trinbago by The New Butler Associate College?
- When did Scherzando come on board?
- When was the President of Pan Trinbago made aware of the project?
Question #6 is critical in understanding what is happening at the corner of Duke and Melbourne Streets, as the president was only able to share this development via her facebook page at 6:55pm on Monday 02nd September 2019 less than 48 hours before the deadline.
Was The President forced to cover up The Education officer's apparent act of involuntary nepotistic exclusion in defense of her executive?
The sitting executive of Pan Trinbago must be made to understand that accountability and transparency is not limited to matters of a monetary or financial nature, and their public show of disgust with the stewardship of the immediate past executive which catapulted them to office, can be compared to adulterous christians speaking out publicly against murderers in defense of the decalogue.

As hard as I work to become the # 1 FAN of PAN TRINBAGO -- they went and give RUSSELL PROVIDENCE the title. Sometimes you just cannot win a HAND.
And RUSSEL PROVIDENCE doh even know the extent of the megalomania that has captured the brain of BEVERLEY RAMSEY-MOORE. If he did, he would not be asking question # 6. All of the minions spend half their day trying to capture the ear of THE PRESIDENT and win their little points. So she is ALWAYS first to know EVERYTHING.
But it is a shame that BIG HARD BACK MEN who dedicated their lives to PAN are now afraid to speak out because of their fear of victimization by THIS PRESIDENT (she wicked so) -- so they could only grumble behind she back.
