That is not posible! No Minister could dictate who pantrinbago chooses to sit. It would be interesting to see what role Kanhai, the Minister' advisior on steelpan matters plays going forward. Additionally, what is the likelihood of the NCC being expanded to include other stakeholders, considering the narrative in the public domain, coming from the decision makers?
