  2. Where is the press release (lecture and bouff ) from The Public Relations Officer of Pan Trinbago TC to confirm this victory, and allay the fears of all the bands already preparing for Panorama 2018, and Panorama aficionados globally?

  1. Is this the fat lady's song?

  • Having attended the court hearing back in February, I actually thought that this case fell by the wayside, just like the forensic audit so to wake up this morning to find out that Pan Trinbago has won the case .... I am absolutely shocked.  Be that as it may, nothing is going to change and Pan Trinbago will now have even more "money in their pockets but they just can't pay the players".

  • PanTrinbago has to be the most tested organization in the court in this republic....and I want to believe that there is a direct correlation between exactly how the organization is being managed at a delegate and elected executive level..

    I am thankful that as an organization, WE FULLY now understand the power of the legislation of the Act 5 of 1986 that incorporates us, the Cabinet Note of 1997 giving the Special Interest Groups, such as us the AUTHORITY that supersedes that authority of Act 9 of 1991 that embodies the NCC...

    The victory of the PTB vs NCC case highlights that the legislative protocols of the organization in that regard, thankfully have not been breached...

    What of the organization's financial protocols?. Has there been any conclusive evidence that there has been, and continues to have any breaches present?

    The Judicial Arm of the Government whilst pronouncing victory on a Legislative defense of the association's inalienable rights to govern all of its affairs; and the Executive arm of Government (The Fat Lady) shall soon pronounce on what is budget allocation for our association.....

    The delegates will have to decide at the very next meeting that PanTrinbago WILL call...exactly which way is up...... That mission must not fail lest the blow to the organization's image and charter will continue to be dogged by the outlook of its elected executive approach to effective management.The sooner that this executive leaves office, the better it will be for more favorable funding options for the 2019 budget...

    Again, let me remind those of you that believe that the Executive branch of government via NCC is going to be writing any check to PanTrinbago in 35 days for 3.4 million.... Think Again......Pan People paying to be played by these SCAMPS of pan..18.6 Million....let's call it 19 Million.....that is my educated guess for the Fat Lady's tune...I hope that does not turn out to be right,...but we go see.....as the court of public opinion has exhaustively already opined....

    22Million minus 3.4Million leaves what I am predict will be the new budget figure for PanTrinbago.... Just my opinion. I gone

  • He also ordered the NCC to repay Pan Trinbago the $3 million collected from this year's pan semis and finals.

    In 2016 unofficial estimates gate receipts over $10 million, 2017 only $3 million collected???

    Whey de money GONE???

    Apart from the millions in subventions the organisation receives from the State, Gadsby-Dolly said, Pan Trinbago also gets all the money received from the gate from the sale of tickets.

    She said: “We are taking steps to put a value on that because it has been nebulous and vague over the years. But this money was meant to help Pan Trinbago.”

    She said unofficial estimates put the figure for gate receipts for Panorama competitions at over $10 million for 2016.

  • Publius Cornelius Tacitus a Roman senator and historian of the Roman Empire, considered to be one of the greatest Roman historians coined the eternal saying;

    "Things forbidden have a secret charm."

    Tacitus also wrote that, "He that fights and runs away, May turn and fight another day...", which he predicated with,

    "...But he that is in battle slain, Will never rise to fight again".

    I would suggest that Aquil;

    1. Say his prayers.
    2. Pee.
    3. And go in his bed.

    • i don't really answer you on the forum. but you really caught me they. lol, lol. real good one. did know you were capable of tell jokes. nah boy i still laughing. roman senator and thing and then you hit me that. thats a classic. lol.

  • Please forgive me for the oversight and omissions sir, as my modus operandi has always been inclined to include, but not limited to the following;

    • To give credit where credit is due.
    • Speak from the heart and shoot from the hips.
    • Call a spade a spade.
    • Not to dance to anyone's beat unless I really love the rhythm
    • Speak for myself.
    • Never steal anyones thunder.
    • Never be ungrateful.
    • Stand the consequences of my actions.
    • Apologize when I am wrong.

    My humble apologies Mr. Gonzales.

    FYI, a real man does not have any issues if he is referred to as a boy, except, if as a boy, Dolly House would have been his pastime of choice, and he would have been the Mammy of choice. It has been shared, and documented on this forum, the PRO of Pan Trinbago's expertise in that discipline. LMAO

  • It is interesting to note from the reference provided by Claude Gonzales, that it was under Panday's watch, that the movement was afforded that latitude/privilege/authority/power , which may have been the determining factor in the legal arguments presented. Regrettably, I cannot recall Panday ever being given credit for anything related to Pan, or the empowerment of panmen. Is it likely that Pan may have had it's day (To be at the height of or experience success or prosperity. Definition by Google) under Panday (no pun intended)?

    It would be interesting to hear the views of Scobie and Wire on this fact.

      But please give me credit for ONE THING: I am the one who PASSED ZONING LEGISLATION on this FORUM for  KEITH DIAZ to build the KEITH DIAZ CEMETERY. And I am always the FIRST TO KNOW who is going to END UP IN THE CEMETERY.

      OVER TO YOU, SIR!!!
