It's HIGH TIME THAT I get on the "Pan Tuners BUTT... Since the single pan band HAD RESURFACED in the 1980s, the TONE of pan and PLAYING has taken a 80% turn backward, as pan is no longer played, but instead BEATEN, AGAIN I've heard, and still continuously hearing pan's, that sound like the biscuit drum sound from back in the OLD biscuit drum day's, before the 55 gallon drum / container evolve the art form, don't tell me it's because of the so called "HARMONICS TUNING" ??? I will ELABORATE farther as the discussion progress/improve...

LMJ, I think that could be attributed to the number of tuners we have today, not everyone that make a pan is a tuner
