Forteau was speaking to the media after emerging from a meeting with the Pan Trinbago executive and pan stakeholders at City Hall auditorium, Port of Spain, on Tuesday evening.
Pan Trinbago PRO Michael Joseph said today's meeting with Culture Minister Nyan Gadsby-Dolly and the National Carnival Commission (NCC) is expected to address issues such as gate receipts.
Joseph said at their meeting on Tuesday Pan Trinbago was also hammering out issues such as reducing the number of pannists in the respective ensembles.
