Allyuh praising Dr. Dolly for being a political genius for taming Keith Diaz with allyuh right hand. And with allyuh left hand allyuh saying that PAN MEN eh get pay for 2016 and it look as if they are not going to get paid.
Does anybody think that the brilliant scholar, Dr. Dolly, does not know that the PAN MEN have not been paid for 2016 as yet?
And she cannot come to their rescue and throw in an XTRA TEN MILLION to wipe the slate clean? Go check and see how many BILLIONS this government is borrowing -- what is TEN MILLION in that IMF scheme of things.

Ah talk bout the cost of transportation for bands and tell allyuh that takes a big chunk of the Panorama money.....but ah hear the gripping about "Why dey gorn back to the yard,dat eh making sense" and there is some merit in that question,as it takes away the atmosphere,excitement,occasion and financial opportunities a regional or national preliminaries carries.....but 2 -5 or more could join up and have their preliminaries judging at given venue and make some money......so all not lost,but who am I to talk on behalf of the truckers and "Pan pushers association"
"Salaries and Perks and employee benefits" in Pan????....I admire any Steelband leader who is paid a stipend,far less a salary....but I know PT has huge potential that would allow for generous remunerations,for those who put in the work.
Claude... Merry Tones is a Small Band...as you well know by now...I certainly don't know the source of your information, but we have received no monies from anybody re: Panorama 2016...and even if we did I will never discuss it publicly....
