It looks like PARTY TIME again in Trinidad. Oil went back over $50.00 a barrel and the PRIME MINISTER grabbed 2.5 BILLION from the HSF. So the streets are once again flush with free flowing CASH. All talk about DIVERSIFICATION OF THE ECONOMY will disappear from the media like vanishing ARCTIC ICE.
PANORAMA 2017 should be FULLY FUNDED making KEITH DIAZ a HAPPY MAN.
Maybe the BRING BACK PAN ON THE ROAD FOR CARNIVAL CREW on this forum could write a proposal to the MIA MINISTRESS OF CULTURE urging her to FUND about 10 BANDS ON THE ROAD for the coming carnival ... ALL BECAUSE IS PARTY TIME.
