- Minimum for all participating conventional bands across all categories reduced to 40 players
- Semi finals and finals will use the same system of judging.
- Small, Medium and Large conventional bands will compete on the same day.

Based on what their consultant Daniel Lambert said about the North Greens “allocation plan” the Bacchanal Zone with the “Wi-Fi” access and the “All Inclusive” bar at the North Stands, Angostura, bMobile and Jet Blue are the ones who will be making profits off this opportunity. This is the Greens with a new name same objective.
Diaz can wait for that license like self-sufficiency lays in wait while corporate makes their profits and reward their clients with choice seats at Panorama. Partnership is good but I bet you PT isn’t the ones profiting. How about providing the public with the accounting after the Panorama to prove this new experiment is a good investment.
I believe he already knows, that why he’s asking for that lotto license, expect them PT to come up short. This is a quick-fix for the short-fall in the government allocation.

I notice that this Daniel Lambert always shows up when Pan Trinbago is about to pull the wool over the eyes of the Trinidad people. It is amazing that people would fall for this.
