All dem BIG FANCY IDEAS I read for all these DECADES on the GLOBALIZATION and ECONOMIC CONTRIBUTION and SOCIAL REVOLUTION and GENIUS OF THE PAN PLAYERS and THE DEVELOPMENT of PAN YARDS as CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE -- where are we today.
We are on the verge of an ECONOMIC CRISIS in TRINIDAD and TOBAGO and PAN IS THE LAST THING ON THE MINDS OF THE POLITICIANS.
All the HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of DOLLARS that have been POURED INTO PAN to buy votes -- and we CANNOT EVEN PRODUCE A DECENT PAN SOLOIST. I spend decades saying that WITHOUT PROOF. But after THE INTERNATIONAL PAN SOLOISTS COMPETITION -- I once was LOST but now I am FOUND ... was BLIND but NOW I CAN SEE!!!
BUT AS A REAL TRINIDADIAN -- I will NEVER GIVE UP HOPE FOR PAN PROGRESS!!! Maybe ONE INDIVIDUAL will wake up ONE DAY and FACE THE MUSIC AND DANCE into PAN PROSPERITY. But I am 100% sure that he WILL NOT COME FROM THE RANKS OF THE GIMME GIMME PAN CULTURE!!!
