Nobody should be vying for any position from the old regime, if that person or persons were elected again, then cleaning up of pan trinbago would have been all in vain

Isn't there an election committee made up of persons who are not directly nor indirectly involved in Pantrinbago that is handling the elections? The end result has to smell clean too.
