NEWLY-elected president of Pan Trinbago Beverly Ramsey-Moore said the panyards are sacred spaces and she wants to transform them all into centres of excellence.
She also promised panmen in the south that their outstanding Panorama prize monies would soon be paid, after newly-elected chairman of the South/Central Region Philip Barker pleaded for a settlement before Christmas. “Because our Carnival starts on Boxing Day.”

It is called the "PERPETUAL CAMPAIGN"!!! You campaign to get elected and from the first day in office you start CAMPAIGNING for the NEXT ELECTION.
Electorates like nice promises!!! One man go build ah BIG WALL and one woman will generate MILLIONS of $$$$ and share it with the REGIONS (Especially South and Tobago) and she will turn every PAN YARD into CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE.
Look: Rome was not built in day; and give the lady a chance; and give her some more time to assess the financial damage that was done by the OLD EXECUTIVE; and change does not happen overnight; and the re-construction is in full flight; and just wait and you will see!!!
