Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - Pan Trinbago is reminding its members registration for the National Panorama 2018 which commenced on March 6th 2017 would be closed on March 31st 2017.
This must be done in keeping with the Association’s commitment to submit the names and numbers of our registered Steelbands’ participation in the National Panorama in a timely manner in order to accommodate smooth negotiations and planning.
All Steelband leaders are asked to contact their respective Regional offices for the prescribed form that must be filled out and submitted on or before the closing date.

Forget about this deadline....It is an operational management deadline to advise budgetary planning for Panorama 2018..It is neither constitutional nor mandatory from your management standpoint, as past behaviours being a predictor of future outcomes has consistently indicated.
Eastern Region has passed a resolution to disregard that marker, until all outstanding matters regarding previous remittances are resolved,.Come Tuesday, Northern Region will be considering doing the same....One of our own, who is also Deputy NCC Chairman, has alluded to the facts of the untimely demise of the truth at Headquarters, as well as the subterfuge of collusion growing from within the Executive to hoodwink the proletariat of the voters, to whom your leadership is self-serving, in the face of your inability by any stretch to execute your elected mandate.
