Then Rolly Polly and the gangstas said the Tobago Band took the money with exorbitant travel requirements. In reality, the way the Tobago bands are treated when they come Panorama is a criminal offense but we won't go there today
In any regard, Panorama was ended in February 2016. The Minister said that Rolly Polly was paid in full in October. No Tobago band has been to Trinidad since last February. Now ah funny thing happened in the Bank. Rolly Polly and gangstas deposited the money they claimed they did not get in the BANK and the bank seized it (I wanda why). We have yet to hear Rolly Polly say that the Bank stole the children's money.
