Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - From the first notes of Fonclaire Steel Orchestra at 6:45 p.m., to Renegades Steel Orchestra's final flourish at 12:22 a.m. the joyful sounds of pan filled the Savannah. After a hiatus of two Panorama seasons since 2021 due to COVID-19, the ‘Savannah Party,’ aka the 2023 Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama semi-finals returned to ‘The Big Yard,’ the stage at the Queen’s Park Savannah.
