Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - Pan Elders Steel Orchestra was roaring out of the musical gates when they opened up at 1:16 p.m. on stage at the Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain on the sunny Sunday afternoon of February 5. It was the semi-finals of the 2023 Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama, and the band got the much-vaunted ‘Savannah Party,’ started with a bang from position one.
