“It has been said in some quarters that Mr Serrette’s ambition is to be President of Pan Trinbago. We have no quarrel with this but we continue to be a democratic organisation and we strive always to do the best for our membership.”
I love the KEITH DIAZ counter!!! How tentative could that school girl Minister be in her statements. I am not even going to bother to highlight them.

They only have to account for the panorama money and they will probably have no problem doing that. As a private organization their accounts are not subject to public scrutiny.
It's the same for all those organizations that receive money from the state whether it be PT or SPORTT.
So other money collected from elsewhere is outside the reach of an audit.
I don't think it would be a problem for Pan Trinbago to account for the money they get for panorama, but what about the monies they collect from ticket sales and the Greens?
dont they have to account for what they get before more is disbursed- if not we really like it so
