Silver Stars Steel Orchestra set to open for Beyonce

According to Lisa Agard, Executive VP of Mobile Services TSTT, 2010 Trinidad and Tobago National Panorama Champions Silver Stars Steel Orchestra will open for Beyonce this evening at her performance in Trinidad.  They will perform the Trinidad and Tobago national anthem and their wining panorama composition.

A completely new performance structure was constructed in less than one month to meet the very stringent and demanding standards of Beyonce's people in the Queens Park Savannah according Agard.  Agard went on to say that this stage was the largest ever built in the Caribbean.

Another unidentified medium steel orchestra will also be on-sight.

In as much we want to show our culture to the world, I don't support this concert in any way. I believe its a dierespect to the religious population to host a concert of this magnitude Two(2) days into the lenten season. Trindad & Tobago suppoorts any culture but we must respect religious rights of all.

What about those who don't practice lent, what 'disrespect to the religious population'. The religious people are the ones, who have done the most disservice to humanity, just study world history and you will see what i am speaking about. To each his own.
