Single Pan Bands Preliminary Panorama 2011
New York, USA - Single pan bands in the East and Tobago will begin this year’s National Panorama competitions.
Some 20 steelbands in the East will face a panel of adjudicators at the Larry Gomes Stadium Car Park, Arima, while the five (5) Tobago bands will engage the attention of a separate panel at the Roxborough Complex, Roxborough, Tobago.
