I would go to the audio/speaker stores and listen to how the steelband sounded on the various speakers before I decide which one to buy.
This LIVE streaming must be new for both providers; on TTT their news clips on their rebroadcast the steelbands sounded better than the live feed. On WACK you sometimes hear the DROP in audio between the left and right channels inconsistent feed. I’m sure this can be corrected if monitored correctly, or could it be more of an issue with the broadcast RIGHT$$ and who has control of the master feed, you can tell from the video angels captured by some of the providers.

I totally agree with you ODW. It's all about the audio.
The Trinidad All Stars audio you posted from "Yellar" is one of the best ever out of Trinidad and Tobago.
As for all the others who are responsible for presenting Trinidad and Tobago's Panorama audio over the last few years - they should be arrested and not allowed near Pan. This would force T&T to start over again from the beginning with new people. There is no excuse for distorted or overly compressed audio, mono feeds, left -right dropouts, phase shifts, flanging, limited audio range in a digital era, volume up - volume down. And the crime of the century, snare mics on basses and low mid range pans. Let me stop here before I start to call names.
