Now according to what I am hearing, this COVID-19 thing will NOT SUBSIDE until JULY-AUGUST. So if they are following the outside world (as they live to do -- over 4 identified cases) -- PAN TRINBAGO may have to stay closed until AUGUST.

Does that mean that TOBAGO PAN PLAYERS have to wait until AUGUST for negotiations to BEGIN between NCC and BEVERLEY to PAY TOBAGO PAN PLAYERS?

And the TOBAGO PAN PLAYERS are SUCH SHEEP -- they are going to SIT QUIETLY and GRIND and WAIT (Bounce cheque in hand) until then?
