So what are the odds of INVADERS winning PANORAMA or even coming in the TOP THREE?

I think the GLOBAL FUTURE of PAN would have been better served leaving INVADERS out and putting MIA in the FINALS. But then again how big is the GLOBAL PANORAMA AUDIENCE and how is PANORAMA helping in putting TRINIDAD TALENT on the GLOBAL PAN STAGE.

    This has to be one of the most nonsensical statement I heard from a child cause it can't be an adult speaking that foolishness so why because its MIA they suppose to be in the finals apart from the pan polictics that still existing the other bands that have been paying their dues & working had to make it to the finals so just leave out invaders because MIA closer to winning a panorama in the future Mr Claude April fools day is the 1st April if that's the day of your birthday please don't start to celebrate from now nah we still have easter first.

    Wining Panorama large band category clearly contributes to name and brand recognition. The name Zanda took on a different trajectory after he won Panorama with Desperadoes last year. The marketing value of any winner associated with Panorama is greater both locally and globally.

    So based on the 'official adjudication' there was a tie for 10th place by two bands whose scores were 5pts lower than 8th place Invaders. How does one simply make such a statement by saying that "the GLOBAL FUTURE of PAN would have been better served leaving INVADERS out and putting MIA in the FINALS"??? I am curious to understand under what basis this statement is made. I find it not only biased, but destructive and TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL to all the hardworking, loyal and dedicated players of such an esteemed and historical steel orchestra. It is statements like these that make quality arrangements and bands suffer total disrespect from the public.

      In 53 Panoramas INVADERS made it to the FINALS 29 times and all they could muster is THIRD PLACE on two  occasions and I think that one THIRD was a TIE.

      THE GLOBAL FUTURE of PAN would have been better served because MIA GORMANDY has the potential to be a GLOBAL AMBASSADOR of PAN ... and TRINIDAD desperately needs someone (with her attributes) out there on that GLOBAL STAGE ASAP.

      Put her on the FINALS  STAGE on her first outing as an ARRANGER and start a new page in history. Hell, put her in THIRD place on PANORAMA night and let local media and social media catapult her to instant STARDOM.
