Well Mr. Bugs, I suspect that Pan Trinbago may have liked to have it that way, but may be inhibited constitutionally, as what is on record may be limiting Pan Trinbago to the TRINIDAD and TOBAGO membership structure, although Article 4 section 1 of the constitution concludes with a declaration of Pan Trinbago as The World Governing Body for Steelpan and Steelpan music.
ARTICLE 4 - OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the Association shall be :-
To act as the sole representative for members and member Steelbands in all matters relative to the development, promotion and performance of Steelpan and Steelband music within the Republic and throughout the world in its capacity as the World Governing Body for Steelpan and Steelband music.
I suspect that the foregoing, and the following may be rhetorical.
