Soca Monarch judges still waiting on money

On the heels of Pan Trinbago’s membership calling for a boycott of Panorama this year due to non payment of performance money for the 2016 Carnival season, another organisation has found itself in somewhat of a sticky situation. Caribbean Prestige Foundation (CPF), the organisation which hosts the ISM competition, is being accused of not fulfilling its financial commitments to some of its contracted employees.
