The motion against the C.I.P (in an unconstitutional meeting) was moved by Wire, accepted by the chairman and his executive and was passed by the members against the C.I.P. and it’s members.

After which, being the chairman of the C.I.P, I stopped attending south meetings. In addition to that motion, they also passed a motion that supported the president and the executive.
We, the members of the C.I.P, forgave the membership of the southern region because we knew that they were manipulated into making those decisions. In Pan Trinbago, the ‘meetings before the meeting’ determines the present meeting’s outcome. If there are only sheep on the floor, the wolves will feast and now the wolves are feeding.
- Wire, who brought the motion, got his bar in the Panorama.
- President recently received over 150,000.00 dollars, allegedly.
- D Shepherd (ERO), one of the orchestrators of the motion received 90,000.00
- The chairman of the south zone and another or others from the south zone allegedly collected plane tickets from Pan Trinbago to fly any part of the world.
These are just the people from the southern region who were the masterminds behind the manipulation. However, there are those who were not directly involved with the success of that motion but are still “eating a big food” in head office at present.
Now ask yourself these questions. Was the panorama profitable for you? If you made it to the single pan finals; after you paid your bills, could you compensate your players, your executive and yourself properly in relation to the amount of work put out? If you were a conventional band finalist; why has your band not been paid yet? Would you get the money that was promised? Would your players be compensated or would you have to pay them out of the reduced prize money the executive is proposing? Brothers and sisters, “catch yourself”. You are losing in this race.
There is an airline which sponsors tickets for Panorama every year. These tickets are normally used the help Pan Trinbago’s membership or for executive members who need to leave the country on official Pan Trinbago business. Examples of official business follow.
- Making international links.
- Sponsoring “their” judges to go to judge at International panoramas.
- Sponsoring pan persons who are sick and need to leave the country for medical attention.
- Sponsoring youths who are studying music abroad.
- Used as giveaways at Panorama competitions.
It was never for executive officers to use as bribes to the chairmen and their secretaries. And as far as I know, it was never used for executive members' personal vacations or a means to joyride around the world. It was reported that D. Shepherd and the Photo faction of the executive gave the tickets to members of the regions as gifts. All the chairmen and secretaries took back the tickets to the head office and indicated that the executive’s actions were unethical. All the chairman and secretaries, except the officers of the south zone.
I, Aquil Arrindell, being the chairman of the C.I.P., will continue to be absent from the southern region’s meetings until it is time to vote for competent southern regional executive members who do not violate their members rights for plane tickets. Until then, the million dollar question now is, who is the south region supporting now? The motion stated that they were supporting the president and the executive. The president and the executive are now on the warpath against each other, so which side the south chooses will be interesting. It is said that the chairman is with Mr. Photo who has D. Sheppard, brother Sobs, and Mr. Salvador who are all south men.
To my brothers and sisters in south, remember ‘the meetings before the meeting’ are the deciding factors. To them, you are the sheep. Be vigilant because the wolves and the shepherd are working together to feast on your flesh.

Aquil: Yuh really doh understand "DESPERATION" in TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO. These are DESPERATE MEN that you are dealing with. And DESPERATE MEN have NO RULES.
I say yuh wasting yuh time like I wasted MY TIME on this forum thinking that THE LOCALS might take a hint here and a hint here and apply it to PAN PROGRESS.
