The only way for "Pan" to survive in T&T, is for the "STEEL BAND / PAN" to have it's own ministry within the MINISTRY OF CULTURE, we at S.N.S.E. will give control shares to the MINISTRY to facilitate this, so that "PAN TUNERS, & OTHER PANMEN" can have there JUST reward, in so doing, we can eliminate the middle man "Pantrinbago", this will be the only for "panmen" to survive in TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, the MINISTRY idea is very possible, when I say "PANMEN", I mean tuners, because without tuners U have no pan's for U R band, without players U have no one to play U R pan's, without an arranger U have no one to arrange the music for U R band, this is the order of things...
