My new suite for steel band and choir, "in the Shadows of the Forest," will be performed May 7th at 7:00 p.m. at the Virginia Arts Festival "PANorama" steel band festival in Virginia Beach, VA, at the 24th Street Stage (as a warm-up for the Andy Narell and Friends concert). The San Jacinto Community College steel band and choir, who commissioned and debuted the piece in March, will perform the piece. I will also be in attendance (as narrator). Come check it out if you are attending the festival!
