BOB MARLEY was a MASTER of the USE OFTHE CLICHE -- especially as applied in this song -- which still mesmerizes me. (Especially through the eyes of a young child who was told to STAY AWAY FROM CLICHES ... or else!!!)
But as a CALYPSO LOVER -- the GREATEST CALYPSO EVER WRITTEN was as CLICHE-DRIVEN as THIS SONG!!!
