The money spent for the ICP could have been use to start construction on the building, at least we would have had something to show for the money. As it stand today Pan Trinbago and the Minister of Culture willingly used millions of dollars to host an event knowing it is impossible to make it back, this was not a business venture, it was a total misuse of tax payers money.
It will be unwise to allow this to happen again.
