Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - The inclusion of steel orchestras from Pan in the 21st Century in the NAPA (National Academy for the Performing Arts) project gives the steelpan community the opportunity to showcase the versatility of the national instrument in the acoustically designed NAPA space.
