  • "The cost to have her flown back was shared between her relatives in Japan and her friends from the pan fraternity in Trinidad." Good grief!

Surely to God PANTRINBAGO & THE CARNIVAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE should have borne ALL costs!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE. This is a SHAME ON YOU TRINIDAD.to have her relatives and friends pay for her body to be returned to Japan!!!.

    • I can give you ONE ASSURANCE!!! If KAMLA and the PP were in power they would have paid ALL EXPENSES for the return of the body!!!

  • It is indeed sad that the Government or the ex Mayor did not pay for her return - Clearly very sad for our people. It would be the honorable thing to do. Let's hope the powers componsate her family.
    • what in the dark will come to light stay calm.

  • Rest In Peace. Asami! We'll always remember you!

  • Shame on Trinidad &Tobago where are  the cameras. They need to install more working cameras for situations like this.
