The late Ken Professor Philmore is being honored in his hometown of San Fernando.

Mayor Junia Regrello, in photo, unveiled a street named after Pro, as he was fondly referred to, on Monday morning.

It also marks the start of Cultural Icons Week 2019 which will feature Ken 'Professor' Philmore, and will officially open to the public on Tuesday at the San Fernando City Auditorium on Harris Promenade.
